Does Lil’ Sprouts take insurance?
No. At this time all services are private pay. HSA accounts can be used for consultation payments and an itemized receipt can be provided upon request.
Is there scheduling available for ongoing weekly occupational therapy sessions in person?
Services are currently being offered via consultation and online materials. In person sessions are scheduled as recommended by the OT and take place either in your home or in the community. Typically consultation sessions are for 1-6 sessions. Please reach out to us to see what will be the best fit!
Does Lil’ Sprouts have a physical location where therapy is provided?
No. Lil’ Sprouts does not have a therapy office location. Services are provided in your home, in the community, or virtually. Able to provide services to areas within a 35 minute drive from Golden, CO.
What forms of payment are accepted for consultation services?
Either a check at the time of the consultation or online payment via credit card. Credit card payment link is provided during the consultation.
Can OT consultations occur at my child’s school/daycare?
In many cases yes! It is completely dependent upon each school/daycare if they allow outside therapists to come in. For public schools, I am unable to provide consultations at the school but can communicate with teachers regarding support ideas for the learning environment.
I paid for an Online Course but the link expired after 24 hours. Do I still have access to the course?
Yes! There is a link in the email you received so if you past the 24 hour mark click the link and a new access link will be sent to you. If you have any further problems, please reach out to us so we can get the content to you!
